CNC Lathe and Mill

Weiser Engineering has close tolerance machining capabilities with our 3 CNC Lathes (one with live tooling) and our 4 CNC Milling centers (two with pallet changers). Weiser Engineering also has 4th-axis capabilities with two programmable 4th axis chucks. We have production as well as prototype runs on a regular basis. We handle close tolerances with ease on a regular basis. For example typical tolerances are +/-.0005” or less on our CNC lathes and +/-.001” or less on our CNC Mills. Weiser Engineering always strives to make parts better than the tolerances required by our customers.
